Pros: Great taste, fairly light on the stomach (I mix it with water).
Cons: Average mixability and HIGHLY inaccurate scoop weight. Mine measured 44g (level scoop) and whooping 59 gm (heaping scoop).
The taste is good, but don’t expect the flavor profile of Tender Coconut Ice Cream. It tastes more like dry coconut. Overall, the product is decent, but improving the scoop accuracy would make it much better.
