DIRECTION TO USE
Mix one serving 36gm in 200ml-250ml chilled water, milk and shake properly for 15-20 second.
RECOMMENDED USAGE
Take 1-2 scoops 36g each daily as per your protein requirement. Using non-fat milk instead of water will give you a thicker, creamier shake.
