How to use?

DIRECTION TO USE

Mix one serving 35gm in 200ml-250ml chilled water, milk and shake properly for 15-20 second.

RECOMMENDED USAGE

Take 1-2 scoops 35g each daily as per your protein requirement. Using non-fat milk instead of water will give you a thicker, creamier shake.

EARLY MORNING

Isn't yohimbine dose too much?I want to purchase it but youhimbine dose seems so much that it could lead to side effects!
I'm telling all this cause I'm intern doctor and alpha blocker dose(yohimbine)should not exceed 20mg per days!
