Alpha Shred- PRO Series

In reference to order no. RUN99113573 which i got on 8th Aug was incomplete when i opened the package on 10th Aug. Instead of 300GM Alpha Shred Pre Workout (Pineapple Mango flavour), i had received 150GM box. I had no clue that i received incomplete order as i trust the brand otherwise i would have made unboxing video. When i observed this discrepancy i immediately tried to contact customer care on phone number but i couldn’t reach them hence i sent my query via email on 10th & 11th Aug but never got any response from your team. Later i had discussion with one of your executive Mr. Ram but again didn’t get any appropriate response from him as well. Considering the RUN as trustworthy brand and your repeated customer i expect my missing package to be delivered to me at earliest. Request you to look into this matter and get this resolved.

This is by far one of the worst supplements I have ever used. I bought this pre-workout expecting energy and performance, but what I got instead was a serious negative impact on my health.
Within a short time of using it, I experienced burning sensations, stomach discomfort, and overall physical distress. This is not a “side effect” — this feels like a poorly formulated and potentially unsafe product.
It’s honestly shocking that something like this is being sold as a fitness supplement. Are there no proper quality checks? No safety standards? Because based on my experience, it certainly doesn’t feel like it.
A pre-workout is supposed to enhance your workout — not leave you dealing with health issues. This product did the exact opposite.
I would strongly warn anyone considering this: do not risk your health on this product. There are far better and safer options available in the market.

I had a very disappointing experience with Alpha Shred fat burner. I was using this product regularly for my workouts and initially it helped with focus and energy in the gym. However, after some time I noticed fungus inside the container, which was very shocking and concerning.
I had been consuming the product before noticing this, which makes the situation even worse because supplements should follow strict hygiene and quality standards. Finding fungus inside a sealed supplement raises serious questions about the product’s safety and quality control.
Because of this experience, I cannot trust this product anymore. The company should seriously improve their packaging, storage, and quality checks to ensure such issues do not happen to other customers.
