Suggested use:Frappe: Add two scoops (16g each) to 300-350ml of water/skimmed milk in your shaker with a handful of ice. Shake and consume immediately. Use less liquid for a thicker and stronger tasting shake. Use milk for a creamier tasting shake.Hot cappuccino/latte: Add one scoop(16g) to 200 ml of water/millk in your mug. Mix it well. Warm it in a microwave for about 45-90 second depending on the power and stir again. It is advised to use appropriate microwaveable container.Think outside the glass: The usage of Protein Coffee is not only limited to mainstream protein boosting hot/cold coffee but also provides you an additional bounty of delighting your taste buds. I brought protien coffee nd its really gud before workout..

Pretty decent taste overall

Bought Peanut Butter - Crunchy and chocolate. I felt the salt was slightly higher and uneven especially in the chocolate flavour.
But, crunchy flavour after mixing properly, the salt was ok, and overall it was tasting pretty decent. It also helped control the portion size for me, as it is stickier than the normal peanut butter because of the whey. So, overall would recommend for those looking for higher protein version of whey.
