Frappe: Pour 300 ml of chilled water/milk and add 2 scoops (32gm) of Protein Coffee in a shaker. Shake properly for 20-30 seconds and blend frappe style.

Cappuccino / Latte: Add single scoop (16gm) to 150 ml water/milk and blend properly in a shaker. Warm the mixture in an microwave using a suitable container and sip it hot.

Recommended Use: The product is only intended to be used alongside a balanced
diet and an active lifestyle. No more than 3 scoops are advised in a given period of 24
hours. For best results, use before workout.
