How it works

    Choose return or exchange, pick a reason and submit.

  2. We pick up

    We register your request and arrange a pickup from your address.

  3. We inspect

    Once the item reaches us, our team checks it.

  4. Gift card or exchange

    Approved returns get RUN / NVR gift card mailed to them. Exchanges are shipped out.

Good to know

  • Request within 7 days of delivery.
  • Refunds are issued as a RUN / NVR gift card after the item is inspected and mailed .
  • RUN / NVR gift cards can be redeemed fully against your orders.
  • Items should be unused, with tags and original packaging.
  • Final sale items and gift cards can't be returned.
