You might know at oatmeal is really healthy as well as very delicious, mouth watering when you take it as a breakfast. If you add protein powder in your oatmeal then you will get extra punch of energy for whole day. You know that protein helps in stronger your muscles, provide you energy to work without a break. If you are diet conscious then mixture of protein powder and oatmeal is a perfect combination for you to take as breakfast. You know what it is very easy to add protein powder as you don’t need to add it while cooking oatmeal you just have to put a scoop of it before eating oatmeal.
Step 1 Boil 1 cup of water in a pan. You can also add extra water if you want less thickness that depends on your taste.
Step 2 Take ½ cup of oatmeal and add in the boiling water. After adding it to water, stir continuously just for a minute.
Step 3: After this add 1 scoop of protein powder in it and stir it continuously so that no clumps left behind.
Step 4: Stir the meal till the blend becomes smooth.
Step 5: At last add a sliced banana in it or you can add a mashed one to make it smoother this will enhance the delicious taste of the protein mix oatmeal.
Things you need to prepare protein powder mix oatmeal are:
- 1 cup water.
- ½ cup oatmeal.
- Protein powder
- 1 banana
- 1 measuring cup
- 1 scoop or spoon
- A bowl
- A gas stove
You can simply add a scoop to the bowl just before eating.
