How to use?

RECOMMENDED USAGE: Add 1 scoops of Whey Pro in a shaker cup with 200-250 ml of water/milk. Blend for 30-40 seconds for a thicker shake. Take 1-2 shakes per day or as suggested by the nutritionist.
